Natalie Brown Head of Property Management ARLA
Natalie is our New Head of Property Management and brings with her over 16 years' experience in the Property Management and Lettings industry, Natalie has worked in East and central London for the majority of her career. Throughout her career, Natalie has managed a large portfolio of properties as well as managing the staff in property management and account team, she prides herself on being able to use this experience to provide excellent customer service. Away from the office, Natalie enjoys spending family time with her husband and their little girl.

Sarah Chumbley Operations Manager
Sarah has a diverse role within the company and generally supports the directors with the day to day running of the business. Sarah’s day includes company accounts, marketing budgets, payroll, compliance, dealing with third party suppliers and attending several meetings. Every company needs a Sarah, and we are fortunate to have one of the best Operations Managers in the business.
