Steph is the friendly face behind all of our client accounts, making sure everything runs smoothly and that every client feels supported, valued, and well looked after. She is often the first point of contact for many of our clients and takes pride in building strong, trusting relationships through her approachable nature and helpful attitude.
She started her career with a loan company, where she built a strong background in customer service, communication, and attention to detail. Her experience gave her a real understanding of the importance of listening to people, staying organised, and providing a reliable and personal service.
