Seller Fees
Sole Agency – 2% plus VAT / 2.4% Incl VAT
Example: If we sell your property for £800,000 our fee will be £19200.00 Incl VAT
Sole Agency / Agent: We are engaged as the only agent for the Period of Engagement defined in our terms of business.
Joint Agency – 2.5% plus VAT / 3% Incl VAT
Example: If we sell your property for £800,000 our fee will be £24000.00 Incl VAT.
Joint Sole Agency/Agent: We are engaged as one of two agents for the Period of Engagement defined in our terms of business.
Multi Agency – 3% plus VAT / 4.2% Incl VAT
Example: If we sell your property for £800,000 our fee will be £28800.00 Incl VAT
Multiple Agency/Agent: We are engaged as one of a number of agents for the Period of Engagement defined in our terms of business.
Buyers Fees
AML Search - £60.00 Incl VAT per individual check or £90.00 Incl VAT for two people.
Anti-Money Laundering Regulations: We are subject to the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. AML regulations apply to every business in the financial services sector, so anti-money laundering checks must be carried out by accountants and solicitors, as well as firms in property, insurance, investment and general finance.
