The opening of our second office in Bow, East London. Continuing from the success of the Shoreditch office and now with a growing team, expanding into Bow was seen as a natural progression. Our new home, previously the famous ‘Randolfi’s Café’ enjoyed a full makeover and enjoys a prominent position on the corner of Roman Road, surrounded by conservation areas rich with period property, and with Victoria Park on the doorstop the scene was set for success.
We decided to take London into Essex with the opening of our third office in Theydon Bois. A quintessential English village with a small collection of shops, village green and duck pond, with the rare commodity of a tube station. Our goal was simple, bring the fast-paced high energy service that had served us so well in London to Essex, the rest as they say is history.
We shortened the gap between London & Essex by branching out to Chingford. Seen by the industry as a strategic move, for Michael and Neil who were both born and raised in E4, it was a decision based on emotion. They wanted to go back and showcase their brand in the area they were from. We are proud to support many local schools, clubs, and charities, but Chingford Rugby Club where Neil & Michael met all those years ago.
Butler & Stag Land & New Homes was formed to support landowners and developers across our region. In a space dominated by national and global organisations, our developer clients lauded our more personal approach, and our ability to tailor a service to their individual needs.
We partnered with the Land & New Homes Network for mentoring and to increase our coverage across the Southeast. We are now seen as one of the main protagonists in Land & New Homes in the Southeast and proudly boast national house builders as clients.
The opening of our office in Buckhurst Hill on the popular Queens Road. Continuing our success as West Essex’s leading independent agent, we required another base to increase our coverage and seat growing team. The office is flourishing and continues to serve the local communities with our customary first class service.
We expanded our services to include Block and Estate Management and now have many freeholders and leaseholders benefiting from our award-winning service. Our aim is to raise the standards of service giving clear advice, to always be transparent and to empower our customers. Our dedicated team all have previous experience in the property sector ranging from property management, property development, contracts management, maintenance co-ordination and bookkeeping.
