Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Highs, Lows, and Growth

As the festive season approaches and the year draws to a close, it's the perfect time to reflect on the journey we've had at Butler & Stag. While the year hasn't been without its challenges, we're proud to say the highs have far outweighed the lows. And, as always, the lows have only made us stronger, spurring us on to come back bigger and better.

2024 has been a record-breaking year for several of our departments, marking milestones that make us incredibly proud of the entire Butler & Stag team. But beyond the numbers, our greatest joy has been in helping hundreds of people find their next step — whether it's selling, buying, letting, or renting. Through every handshake, smile, and set of keys handed over, we've been reminded why we do what we do.

This Christmas season, we've made it a priority to give back to the communities that support us so generously throughout the year. Across all our offices, we've embraced the spirit of the season, sharing in festive joy and creating memorable experiences for everyone involved. Here's a little glimpse into what we've been up to:

Theydon Bois Christmas Market

We kicked off our festive events at the charming Theydon Bois Christmas Market. Hosting our ever-popular prosecco stall, we had the pleasure of chatting with vendors, buyers, tenants, and landlords alike. The evening was filled with festive cheer, a strong sense of community, and a touch of sparkle — just what Christmas is all about.

Loyola Preparatory School Christmas Fair

Next, we had the honour of being headline sponsors for the Loyola Preparatory School Christmas Fair in Buckhurst Hill. As we're new to the area, this event was a fantastic opportunity to immerse ourselves in the community. From chatting with local families to enjoying festive highlights like the reindeer, it was a truly magical day. If anyone wasn't feeling the Christmas spirit beforehand, the reindeer certainly did the trick!

Chisenhale School's Popcorn Stall

Our festivities continued at Chisenhale School in Bow, where we swapped prosecco for popcorn to create a sweet treat for everyone. Adding some festive stag accessories, we had a blast spreading Christmas cheer and sharing smiles with the school community.

But the year isn't over yet! We've still got a few more festive surprises planned before 2024 wraps up, and of course, our highly anticipated Christmas Party is just around the corner. It's the perfect way to bring the entire team together, celebrate our achievements, and toast to the year ahead.
